Do you work with startups, or only established companies?
Both. We scope MVPs for early-stage founders the same way we scope platform rebuilds for established companies — the process changes in size, not in rigor.
Can you take over a project another agency started?
Yes — we start with a codebase audit (part of Technology Consultancy) to assess what's salvageable before quoting a handover timeline.
What if my requirements change halfway through the build?
That's normal. Time & Material and Dedicated Team engagements are built for it; even Fixed Price projects have a documented change-request process.
Do you sign NDAs before discovery calls?
Yes, always. We'll sign yours or send ours — whichever your legal team prefers.
What happens after the support retainer ends?
You keep full access to the code, repo, and infrastructure. Nothing is held back — you can walk away or renew, entirely your call.
Do the "Starting At" prices in the dossier include design?
Yes — every quote includes UI/UX design for that service. Final pricing depends on scope and is always confirmed in the written proposal before work begins.
